Who uses Insight A2?

Insight A2 is mainly used by business professionals in medium and large corporations covering finance, sales, marketing, human resources and controlling. Insight A2 is also heavily used by independent consultants.

What type of data can Insight A2 analyze?

Insight A2 is a tool to analyze any type of data found in relational databases or spreadsheets. As it can work with any database structure, there is no predefined table structure you need adjust.

What databases does Insight A2 support?

Currently the following database types are supported: Microsoft Excel Worksheets, Microsoft Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2 and comma-separated text files.

So it means that multi-dimensional (OLAP) databases are not supported?

Yes, currently it's not supported, however you can still connect to the underlying relational data of most OLAP servers.

I am planning to buy several licenses. Do you provide volume discount?

Yes, AnyAspect does provide volume discount. Please contact us at sales@anyaspect.hu to discuss the details.

What kind of training do you provide?

AnyAspect provides on-site training in Hungary and Europe. Please consider using our Personal Web Meeting service, which provides live training via the Internet.

What kind of support do I receive when I buy your product?

The product price includes a free 90-day support. During this period you receive all updates and versions on the product you bought. Also, email and telephone support is available concerning the installation and operation of the product. You may extend this period to a full year by buying a 12-month product support.

Do you organize pilot projects?

Because pilot projects require personal presence, we provide pilot projects mainly in Hungary and the surrounding countries only. Pilot projects usually take one to two months with up to 25 users.

I want custom functionality in Insight A2. Is it possible?

We have a tight roadmap that contains the product development plans for the next 10-15 months. However we evaluate each and every such request with our customers. Your feature request may alerady be in our roadmap. Please contact us at support@anyaspect.hu to discuss your needs.

I want to view analysis results that others created. Is there a simple viewer or I have to buy the full-fledged product?

Currently there is no such viewer for Insight A2. However, with the release of our new Corporate Server Extension, we are planning to provide a product with similar functionality.
