Product support and software updates

Customers with a valid product support contract are provided the following services:

• All new versions and updates of the given products that are released during the maintenance period free of charge. Customers are notified via email about the new version and updates.
• Product support via telephone concerning installing and operating the software. The telephone support is available in business hours.
• Online product support via e-mail. Your questions are answered within 24 hours.

The product support service is optional for our customers with a valid license. The product support contract is valid for one year.

Training courses

Our customized training courses are recommended to users who would like to get acquainted with Insight A2 with the help of instructors. The courses are highly useful and efficient for several reasons:

• The courses are based on customized curricula and they always focus on the specific business area of the given customer.
• During the courses we review the specific data analysis and reporting tasks of the customer, and together with the participants we prepare the visualizations that can be used in their daily work routine right away.
• The courses ensure that each user learns how they can use our software in their own daily work.

Integration

No software can fulfill all needs and requirements completely. Problems that require a custom solution might emerge even if Insight A2 is well integrated in the daily work routine of the company.
